Application
This machine is a kind of environmental blister packing machine
designed and produced by our company. It comes with integrating
mechanism, electricity and pneumatic system under PLC control and
touch screen operation.
The machine working process include automatic preheating,
compressed air blow forming, feeding, detection system, PRC system,
first sealing station, batch number embossing, tropical foil
forming, second sealing station, perforation station, servo pulling
system, cutting station, rejection system and wasted material
rewinding station etc.
The machine suitable for blister packing with Alu-Plastic, Alu-Alu
and Alu-Plastic-Alu.
Main feature
1). Adopts the elements of 250 blister packing machine, machine
tool track type machine
basis, ease of adjusting, and the mould position can be adjusted
and accurately
2). It adopt body division machanism to avoid inconvenience of
transfer due to the length
of the bofy 1.8 m by mounting up the forming and sealinassmbly.
3) This machine use servo double drive strucyure, it can avoid
synchronized bubble break
cause by sudden machine stop.It also can conveniently realize
photocell register function,
and servo air clip clip drive function.At the meanwhile, it also
fastens the adjustment caused during mould change.Tith this
strecture, you can also set the dive distance on human-machine
interface.
